Keeler Apartments is one of the newest and most conveniently located private apartment buildings on the east bank of the main University of Minnesota campus!

Our community was developed by 17th Avenue Housing, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of the J. A. Wedum Foundation, specifically to house University of Minnesota students and faculty.

We're located on 17th Street SE between University Avenue and 4th Street, an easy walk or bike ride to the majority of your classes and we're right around the corner from Dinkytown and many of the U's athletic facilities.

The Foundation has established scholarships totaling $15,000 annually that will be awarded to fifteen (15) full-time University of Minnesota students who reside at Keeler Apartments.
