Wedum Foundation, to maintain those low rates. In addition, we provide all residents and parents with our very popular NO SURPRISES PLEDGE. That means your rent includes unlimited utilities and unlimited internet access. There are no caps, and absolutely no confusing and arbitrary utility charges over and above your rent!
Our community was developed by 17th Avenue Housing, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of the J. A. Wedum Foundation, specifically to house University of Minnesota students and faculty.
We're located on 17th Street SE between University Avenue and 4th Street, an easy walk or bike ride to the majority of your classes and we're right around the corner from Dinkytown and many of the U's athletic facilities.
