  • Scholarships Scholarships

    The Keeler Apartments are owned by a wholly-owned subsidiary of the J.A. Wedum Foundation, a non-profit family foundation. The Foundation has established scholarships totaling $15,000 annually that will be awarded to five (5) full-time University of Minnesota students who reside at Keeler Apartments.

    At Keeler Apartments, rent includes UNLIMITED heating, air conditioning, water, gas, sewer, electric and high speed internet access. There are no confusing and arbitrary utility charges over and above your allowance.
