The Foundation has established scholarships totaling $15,000 annually that will be awarded to fifteen (15) full-time University of Minnesota students who reside at Keeler Apartments.

The J.A. Wedum Foundation also owns University Village Apartments in the Stadium Village area of the East Bank of the University of Minnesota's main campus.

Keeler Apartments are professionally managed by Great Lakes Management Co., a Twin Cities based marketing and property management organization.
